Early Access Terms

1. What this is

BeDRY Early Access is a one-time €29 purchase per child profile that unlocks the Bladder Habit Builder — a set of advanced features under active development. It is not a subscription. There is no recurring charge. Price may vary by country and app store.

The app lets you create an unlimited number of child profiles (called Persons in the app). Each €29 purchase unlocks Bladder Habit Builder for one Person profile only. If you want to unlock advanced features for additional profiles, each requires a separate purchase.

In return, you get access to Checkpoint, Coach, Trends and any new early release tools for the purchased profile.

2. What's included in Bladder Habit Builder

Bladder Habit Builder includes Checkpoint, Coach, Trends, and any features added to it in the future. These are under active development. They:

• are informational and educational — they are not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for a consultation with your physician;
• are evolving — features, scoring, and recommendations may change between releases;
• are not a certified medical device — BeDRY has not yet received CE marking or equivalent regulatory approval.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns related to urinary or bowel symptoms.

3. The diary stays free

The digital Bladder & Stool Diary, diary summaries, and sharing with your doctor remain free for everyone, regardless of whether you purchase Early Access.

4. Payment, refunds, and cancellation

Bladder Habit Builder is available as an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Purchases and billing are handled by the respective app store.

Refund requests are subject to the policies of Apple or Google Play and applicable consumer law.

5. What happens when BeDRY leaves Early Access

When BeDRY transitions out of Early Access into a regulated product release (targeted after CE certification), early access users keep access on terms at least as good as what they have today, for a minimum of 2 years from the date of their purchase.

6. Your account, your data

Your Early Access is tied to your account unique ID and is personal and non-transferable. Data you log is yours. We process it under our Privacy Policy; in summary, your diary data may be used to train and improve BeDRY's algorithms in pseudonymised form, and outputs of new models are reviewed before being surfaced to you. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

7. Feedback

We love comments and read everything. Write to us at support@bedry.app — honest feedback shapes what ships next.

8. Confidentiality of pre-release features

Early Access features include pre-release functionality. Please don't publicly publish or distribute specific algorithm outputs, bug details, or preview tool screenshots without contacting us first. General statements about participating in Early Access are fine.

9. Termination

Either side can end your Early Access. We may revoke access if these terms are breached. You can stop using the early release features at any time — the free diary continues to work.

10. Fair use

Early Access is intended for personal household use — for you, your children, and other family members in your direct care. The following are not fair use, and may result in termination of your Early Access without refund:

• sharing your account credentials with people outside your household;
• creating Person profiles on behalf of people who are not in your direct care, including providing access to friends, extended family members who would otherwise become customers themselves, or as a paid or unpaid service to third parties;
• creating a number of Person profiles, or generating Checkpoint analyses, at a frequency that is inconsistent with normal household use;
• any use of the app or its outputs for commercial purposes, including resale of access, redistribution of generated reports, or providing the service to your own customers.

We do not track or audit individual accounts. We may, however, investigate accounts where automated logs or user reports indicate clear abuse, and may revoke access if we reasonably conclude that this clause has been breached.

11. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. For anything related to this Agreement, contact support@bedry.app.
