Delete your BeDRY account and data

Open the BeDRY app and go to Settings → Delete your account.

This deletes your account and all associated data immediately. No request or waiting period is involved, and you do not need to contact us.

Email us from the address you used to create your BeDRY account.
We use the sender address to verify the request.

Send to support@bedry.app with the subject “Account deletion request”.
We action requests within 30 days — usually much sooner — and confirm by email.

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• your BeDRY account and login credentials
• all child profiles (Persons) created under your account
• all diary entries — drinking, urination, incontinence events and bowel movements
• all diary summaries and reports generated from those entries
• Checkpoint, Coach and Trends results associated with your profiles
• any diary reports you shared with a healthcare professional, including their sharing links

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so please share or save anything you still need before you delete.

If you only want to remove some of your data, you can do all of this yourself in the app — no request needed:

• Delete a single entry — remove any individual activity you have recorded.
• Delete a whole diary — removes the diary and every entry in it, together with its summary. If that diary had been shared, it can no longer be opened in the BeDRY app or through the shared link.
• Delete a sharing link — revoke a link for a specific diary summary that you shared with another user or sent to an email address.
• Delete a child profile — remove an individual Person profile and the data recorded under it, keeping the rest of your account.

If you would prefer us to do any of this for you, or you want a copy of your data first, email support@bedry.app.

We retain records that we are legally required to keep — in particular purchase and invoicing records, which tax and accounting law requires us to store for a set period. These contain transaction details only. They are not linked to your diary data, and they are deleted once the legally required retention period ends.

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google. Deleting your BeDRY account does not cancel or refund a purchase — see the Support page for how refunds are handled.
